It will always be difficult to create ethical jewellery, maintain fair working conditions, and defend human rights, but we choose fairness and strive for beauty without conflict.

CUSTOMIZATION

CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM JEWELRY? CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY JEWELRY?

Yes, we do specialize in personalized jewellery. All of our designs are available in any metal, size, carat weight, and diamond size. You may also email us a design, and we will make it for you. You may personalize the jewellery using the site's Create your jewellery option, or you can contact our customer service staff through chat or email, and they will gladly assist you. Geum has the right to decline and cancel the request/order if the shared design is patented.

REPAIR & RESIZING

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OF RING. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE THE PRODUCT IS SHIPPED?

Yes, it is possible. Please notify our customer support staff about the new size requirement. If the order is currently being processed, the request will be met. If your purchase has already been processed and sent, you can begin the resize request once you have the goods.

WHAT IF MY RING NEEDS TO BE RESIZED?

Contact us through chat or email within 30 days to begin a resizing request.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RESIZE?

While some rings may be rapidly adjusted, others may need to be reconstructed from the ground up. Depending on the circumstance, the timing for resizing will vary. For further information, please get in touch with our customer support
