Return and Exchange Policy

 

At Geum Jewels, we strive to deliver high-quality products that meet your expectations. If your item arrives damaged or not as described, we offer a straightforward return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item arrived damaged or does not match the description provided.
  2. The request for return or exchange must be made within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order number, is required for all returns/exchanges.
  4. All returns/exchanges must be confirmed and approved by our Customer Support team before sending back the item.

Process for Return/Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 15 days of receiving the item. Provide details about the issue, along with your order number and contact information.
  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and tags. Include the RA number on the package.
  4. Ship the package to the return address using the provided return shipping label.
  5. If self-shipping, use a trackable and insured shipping method.

Refund/Exchange Process:

  1. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your return/exchange.
  2. For returns or exchanges approved due to damage or discrepancy, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days from the date of the return, or a replacement item will be shipped to you.

Exceptions:

  1. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags, certificates, and brand packaging intact.
  2. Customized or engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or not as described.
  3. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return/exchange.
  4. Any modification, resizing, or alteration by the customer or a third party voids the brand warranty.
