Geum takes every precaution to ensure that your order arrives safely we fully insure your package from the moment it leaves from our office to when it arrives at your door, and we require a signature for all packages.

Absolutely! We’ll always send a tracking number via as soon as the order is shipped. With this number you can track your order at the carrier’s site. You can also send us a quick message and we'll be happy to track it for you.
Can I have my order shipped as a gift ?
Our beautiful pieces are the perfect gift for that special person in your life… great choice! All our jewelry is shipped in a beautiful jewelry box and without an invoice. We also offer beautiful gift bags and a perfect gift wrap set to add a touch of glam to your thoughtful present. No need to buy wrapping elsewhere - just add to your basket, pop the jewelry in when it arrives, and give that perfect gift!
Will I have to pay for International taxes and duties ?
Geum cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply. In rare cases you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your order. If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us once it is restocked.
What if I need an item sooner than the date listed on the website?
Every Jewelry on our website is carefully crafted at the time of order. Please contact us in case you need your order sooner. While we are able expedite some orders, we highly encourage you to allow adequate time for your design to be completed and inspected by our Quality Assurance team.
How is my order packaged?
All our orders are shipped in secure, non-descript packages. Within the package, you’ll find Geum’s branded box that can be used for gifting or storage
Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
Yes, you may leave your message in the personalized gift message box on the cart page, and we’ll send it along as a handwritten note.
